Calahan Wade Skogman is an American actor. He portrays Matthias Helvar in Netflix's fantasy television series Shadow and Bone.
Biography[]
He was born in Green Bay and raised in Seymour, Wisconsin. He was a star basketball and football player, being accepted early to the University of Minnesota-Duluth from Seymour Community High School. He transferred to the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he continued to play and also completed his degree in Theatre Performance and Broadcasting. He then went on to graduate with an MFA in Acting from the University of Southern California.
