Hanna Smeet is the daughter of lawyer Cornelis Smeet.
Biography[]
Hanna's father lets her name the hounds who serve as the house's guard dogs. Her favorite dog is Duke Addam Von Silverhaunch.
Crooked Kingdom[]
While Kaz Brekker and Wylan Van Eck are in Smeet's house at midnight, Hanna wakes up and sees Kaz leaving her father's office. Kaz makes conversation with Hanna about the family's dogs, then tells her he is the monster who lives in her closet and under her bed. He buys her silence by making her promise that she would crawl back into bed and never tell anyone he was in her house that night, and threatens to kill her parents and her favorite dogs if she fails to do so. Terrified, Hanna runs back upstairs to bed.[1]
