Saskia was a young girl who pretended to be Jakob Hertzoon's daughter.
Biography[]
At the Hertzoon home, Kaz Rietveld played in the kitchen with Saskia.[1] Even after Saskia disappeared without a trace, Kaz kept her red ribbon, and had it with him as he lay suffering from the Queen's Lady Plague.[2]
Physical description[]
Saskia wore a red ribbon. Kaz called her "the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen."[1]

Behind the scenes[]
Leigh Bardugo originally wrote Saskia's fate into chapter 26 of Crooked Kingdom, but decided it was "just too much" and cut it from the scene.[3]
