Tsibeya is the vast wilderness near Ravka's northeast border with Fjerda. To the north of Tsibeya is permafrost.
History[]
A white bear imported from Tsibeya was taken to the Grand Palace's zoo and mauled three keepers before escaping. The bear was never caught.[1]
When Zoya Nazyalensky was thirteen, the Darkling took her and other Grisha to Tsibeya so they could hunt the white tigers of Ilmisk, one of which was rumored to be an amplifier.[2]
Shadow and Bone[]
Tsibeya is the location where the Morozova's herd is first sighted.[3] Malyen Oretsev and Alina Starkov spend weeks here tracking the stag.
